Healing Phrases for Overthinking
Gentle words to help you step out of looping thoughts and find a little more space.
Overthinking can feel busy, repetitive, and exhausting. These phrases are here to soften that movement,
not to stop it by force, but to create a little breathing room.
How to Use These Phrases
Read one phrase slowly, or repeat it gently in your mind.
You do not need to believe it fully. Just allowing the words to be present can begin to shift your experience.

A Simple Overthinking Practice
1. Notice that thinking is happening
2. Pause and take one slow breath
3. Say a gentle phrase
4. Return attention to your body or breath
You can repeat this as often as needed, without pressure.
Overthinking can feel strong, but it does not need to control your experience.
Even a small moment of awareness can begin to create space.
